How It Works
QualVis enables Operations team to capture critical process audit data.
1) Download Mobile App.
2) Create your users.
3) Create and assign the Audits.
4) Set up the defects you want to capture.
5) Users use the app to complete the required checks and capture defects.
6) You can view error percentages and defect details in reporting.
Sampling math says that you need to conduct between 380 and 660 samples, depending on spread of the base population, to get results with 95% confidence and 5% margin of error. This means you need to conduct enough checks to be able to be confident that the results represent reality.
Then use the defect data to research and understand the causes so you can fix them.

About QualVis
How It Started
QualVis started with a warehouse manager (our founder Paul) noticing two things:
1) The need for operations to perform ad-hoc checks for specific process quality
2) The inability of most WMS to capture those needs in a timely, inexpensive way.
He saw warehouse teams spend hours on data capture, and hours more on input into Excel, even before anyone was able to use it. This was critical data for process improvement and performance management, but SO HARD to capture and use.
So the idea for a flexible, data-capture app was born. It took a few years to get together, but here we are!
